Verified Client means Storylight Studios confirmed the reviewer's client engagement before publication. If a review does not have this badge, it means verification is still pending — the review was still submitted by a real author, but we have not yet confirmed the engagement against our internal records.
Star ratings are shown only for approved reviews. Averages are calculated only from approved reviews. We never pressure clients for five-star ratings and never change a rating without the author's permission.
